When two thirds of both houses think there needs to be a change, they bring up Amendments for the constitution. The Amendments are for the constitution because if something isn’t right, and they want to change something, they bring it up with both houses [Senates and Representatives] and if two thirds of several states agree they call a convention about putting the amendment in action. When an Amendment is ratified by the three fourths of a several states, or by the conventions, it is then suggested to the congress. After the congress has ratified it, it is then to the president. Who has several days to approve it.
